​Australia Day - Change the Date (debate)

For much of Australia, January 26th (Australia Day) is a reason to celebrate all that is wonderful about living in our country. Though for several years now, Indigenous Australians have been calling for a change of date for Australia Day - why?

This debate looks at the different perspectives in the 'Change the Date' discussion, and asks you to give your perspective on how we can resolve this issue, peacefully, as a united country.
